Kurzweil 1000 Version 13 now supports FineReader 10 and ScanSoft 18.

(2)	PDF output using KOCRUtil
With FineReader selected as the OCR engine, KOCRUtil now supports PDF as an output format.

(3)	Document camera support
Kurzweil 1000 Version 13 now supports document capture using the ABiSee and HoverCam document cameras.

(4)	EPUB support
Kurzweil 1000 Version 13 now supports both input and output of EPUB documents.

(5)	Automatic bookmarking of scanned documents
With FineReader selected as the OCR engine, Kurzweil 1000 Version 13 now automatically produces document bookmarks.

(6)	Microsoft Speech Platform Runtime 11 support
Kurzweil 1000 Version 13 includes support for the Microsoft Speech Platform Runtime 11 voices.
