Thumbnail View does not work

Symptoms

When you try to use Thumbnail View it is not displayed.

Cause

Kurzweil 1000 version 8 has been installed on the system. A bug in Kurzweil 1000 causes Kurzweil 3000's Thumbnail View to break.

Solution

There is a patch available for the Kurzweil 1000 that fixes this problem. Run the Kurzweil 1000, pull down the Online menu, select Updates..., and download the latest patch. In addition to upgrading the Kurzweil 1000, this will fix the Kurzweil 3000's thumbnail problem.
